Programs and Services at JCCs of North America
Our health and fitness centers deliver much more than state-of-the-art facilities. We offer a variety of sports and wellness programming options. From yoga classes to children’s exercise programs and adult basketball leagues, we connect you with your community.
Find your local JCC and visit its website for details on fitness and wellness programming.
JCC preschools and early-childhood learning centers inspire and support Jewish journeys for families with young children. They create communities of engaged parents, life-long learners and informed consumers of high quality education for young children. We understand that the magic of childhood is rooted in wonder, awe, curiosity, trust and love. At the JCC, this magic is woven through the experience of a living Judaism and a celebration of life. The JCC also provides unique opportunities for your children to participate in activities such as swimming, dance, music, sports and cooking.
Check out This New Month for family and school activities which celebrate the festival of the New Moon.
Our 125 day camps and 25 resident camps comprise the largest Jewish camping network in North America. We share ideas and work together throughout the year to strengthen programs across the network. JCC camps benefit from the support and resources of JCC Association and its Mandel Center for Jewish Education. Each of our camps has its own style, so we can serve a diverse Jewish population.
Book fairs, film festivals, live theater, fascinating lectures, concerts, cutting-edge performance, art exhibits—all of this is available at JCCs. Many JCCs are central cultural institutions in their communities, dedicated to serving the artistic and intellectual needs of their users. JCCs from New York to California present stimulating cultural programming all year long. Check your local JCC to find out what’s going on.
JCC Maccabi Experience provide Jewish youth with a supportive environment that fosters mutual respect and sportsmanship, where they can interact in an atmosphere of fun, democracy, and peace; cultivate a deeper understanding and instill an appreciation of Jewish values within Jewish youth, enrich their Jewish identity in an informal setting, and encourage their identification with the state of Israel. This encompasses three programs: JCC Maccabi Games, JCC Maccabi ArtsFest, and JCC Maccabi Israel.

The JCCs of North America Fantasy Football Challenge (The Challenge) is back! The Challenge is a 13-week fantasy football fundraiser, complete with prizes for participants, friendly completion, and an opportunity for JCCs to earn some incremental revenue for every participant they recruit. We welcome all adults (18+, novice to expert) across the US and Canada to register with us. An Ethical Start®
We all want to raise ethical children. An Ethical Start® uses the teaching of Pirkei Avot, The Ethics of our Fathers (and Mothers) to ground young children in the agless moral foundation of Jewish values. Teachers and parents are co-learners and creators of the Ethical Stat experience, and together with the children embark on a wonderful exploration of Jewish values.
